La Fee

First traditional absinthe distilled in France since the 1915 ban based on a 19th century recipe. Now distilled with 60% more Grand Wormwood and less Green and Star Anise than the previous recipe. The Parisienne and Blanche are endorsed by The French Absinthe Museum (Auvers-sur-Oise). Each distillation is personally tested and approved by Marie-Claude Delahaye – world renowned Absinthe expert and historian; founder and curator of the museum. The 700ml bottles are accompanied by a quality stainless steel La Fée serving spoon.
